Our Raw Honey is true to its name, sourced from the beekeepers of pristine mountains & forests of Western Ghats in Dakshina Kannada Region of Karnataka, it is truly Uncorrupted as nature intended Honey to be.
Unprocessed – Direct from the Beehives with minimal filtration of Bee wax, this honey contains rich Pollen content & other nutritional enzymes of the medicinal flowers of western GhatsUnheated – Our Honey has a Frothy layer on the top which is visible generally which is a sign of good quality unheated Honey. The dissolved air particles escape from the Honey & form this Frothy Layer. You may notice air escaping every time the cap is opened which indicates Honey is completely Unheated & Raw denoting its Premium Grade.Unpasteurized – It is said once Honey is heated to a high temperature it looses its nutritional power. We do not pasteurize the Honey keeping all the enzymes and nutritional microflora intact as nature wanted it to be consumed.

Our Beekeepers follow Ethical Honey Harvesting Process in which only a certain quantity of Honey is extracted from the Bee-Hives providing sufficient Honey for the bees to continue surviving as it is their primary food. It is just a way of live for our Bee-Keepers who regard Honey Bees with regard and respect for the time & effort it spends collecting the bees for us Humans from deep interior forests & mountains.

Non-Sugar Fed Bees
It has become a common practice across India to feed Sugar Syrup to Honey Bees across the year by keeping a bowl of sugar syrup outside the Bee-Hive regularly. This way the bees do not necessarily go out to suck on the Nectar of Flowers but just keep feeding on the sugar syrup. The Honey produced by such bees is pf substandard quality and it also not what nature intended bees as their Food.
Our Bee-Keepers do not engage in such practices which ensures the Honey is of Pristine Quality and Uncorrupted.

Wild-Flower Honey
Since the bees are not artificially fed on any Sugar Syrup, the bees have to Travel wide & far in the deep interior forests & maintains of Western Ghats to collect the Nectar of Wild-Flowers. Western Ghats Region is Older than the Himalayas and are home to one of rarest of the rare Medicinal plants & flowers on the planet which is why it declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its Bio-Diversity of Flora & Fauna.
