It works even if added with flour before adding water and other ingredients.This yeast works perfect for home baking. No complication of following precise RH value, temperature etc. Simply add directly to dough and prepare soft, fluffy and tasty bread. For best results add 8g to 12g of yeast to every 1 Kg of flour. Follow one of the below methods to add yeast 1) Direct Method: Add yeast into the flour or dough and mix well. Do not add it directly to water. 2) Rehydration Method: Mix 1 part of yeast with 2 parts of flour and then add 5 parts of water to make a paste.
