Q: After boot the camera, the lights just kept blinking, not work.
A: 1)It may caused by the card is not inserted or recognized. So please format the card before first using.
2)The card you use is more than 32GB card, please use a high quality class 4 card, not included, max 32 GB.
Q: What can i do if my laptop can not recognize the device?
A: You can change other usb port of laptop and try again. Or take out the card and use a card reader to connect to the laptop.
Q: Can not view the image, only hear the voice.
A: The video files are AVI format, please use a player which support this format to view, such as VLC Media Player, otherwise you will only hear the sound without any images.
Q: Do not find the SD card in the package.
