We use valencia oranges that come all way from south africa and pineapples from southern india. This marmalade contains skin of oranges, and lots of chunks of pineapples and orange rind. We create chunky fruit spreads so that you experience the juicy fruit as well.
Made for the health conscious. Each teaspoon( 5 grams ) contains only 7 calories and just 1 gram of sugar that we added. Our goal is to facilitate the eating of more fruit and not sugar.
